Happy Friday Ya’ll. Here’s this week’s FFR. Enjoy!
With the remake in the works (Yeah, I know….) nothing like watching the amazing original to remember the days when horror movies could be original.
I saw this for the first time at my first sleep over party so this one holds a special place in my head. And this also goes back to the days before Tim Buton had a full-on man crush on Johnny Depp. Well, who can blame him?
Forget Twilight, True Blood (though I do enjoy that show a lot) and go back to the old school vampire days. The classics is where it’s at!
Big Man Japan
I must admit I didn’t get a chance to watch the entire movie but it’s seems kinda cool. An average man can transform himself into a giant man to defeat any monsters attacking Japan. I only got to see one battle and I thought it was spiffy.
Got an hour? Catch up on Showtime’s hit series Weeds. A widowed woman starts selling weed in her neighborhood in order to make money for her family. I’ve been behind on the last few seasons but this is a great show!
Us horror fans remember Peter Jackson back when he was tubby and did gruesome movies. Dead Alive was one such film that oozed with gore and mixed in some comedy. One of my favorites.
Night of the Living Dead (2006)
Ok, I’m not going to pretend that this is the great. I watched it once a long time ago and it’s…..yeah…… I had to recommend it for anyone who wanted to check it out because now you can see it for free. A text message from saying “They’re coming to get you Barbara” yeah it’s that bad.
Have a good weekend!
