This week is great for movie releases but not so much for my wallet.
Drag Me To Hell
A loan officer ordered to evict an old woman from her home finds herself the recipient of a supernatural curse, which turns her life into a living hell. Desperate, she turns to a seer to try and save her soul, while evil forces work to push her to a breaking point.
A great horror comeback for Raimi. A definite for fans of his style.
ll about a “family values” man Jerry Blake who marries widows and divorcées with children in search of the perfect family. As soon as his new family members show signs of disappointment, rebellion, or anything you don’t see on the Disney Channel, he kills them and tries to start over again.
Just in time before the remake comes out. If you haven’t seen this before, do it! For the longest time when I started watching Lost, I couldn’t look at O’Quinn without thinking “That’s the dude from Stepfather!” I now just see him as crazy John Locke but still.

Bonnie is a beautiful young girl who ran away from home to Los Angeles, only to meet up with a strange rich playboy art collector Victor Stackman. Victor collects painting, statue, and even live exotic animals. Bonnie doesn’t know that Victor wants her as one of his collections!
This is a very fun, sexist grindhouse movie.
